ROBOT + VACUUM = ROOMBA!

Roomba is a robotic vacuum cleaner made and sold by iRobot. This product is made to clean the dirt automatically without using our human energy. It can detect the dirt and clean up automatically. It also easy to handle by just press the start button and it will move itself. This product is a circular disc shape, 13.4 inches (34 cm) in diameter and less than 3.5 inches (9 cm) in high. It is made from plastic feet and black in color. There are 3 main parts; the bumper, the brush and the virtual light house.The bumper is a larger contact-sensing that located on the front half of the unit, with an infrared sensor at its top front center. The bumper that provided with light-touch bumper to ensure that Rombaa slows when approaching obstacles such as furniture, wall, and the virtual wall limit or else and automatically redirects itself when bumping obstacles. The bumper is made from the plastic feet, black, 6.7 inches, 3.5 inches in heights and it’s located on around the vacuum. The bumper that located on the front of the vacuum to ensure that Virtual lighthouse easier to detected or gives instructions via infrared.

The brush is the main component during the cleaning process to keep away all the dusts. It designed to tackle pet hair, and it’s automatically adjusts from carpets to the hard floor and also design to pick up more dirt, pet hair, dander, cat litter, crumbs, leaves and other debris. The brush is made up from special plastic that can avoid from broken because it made with anti-technology that can avoid Rombaa from getting stuck on cord , it look like spider legs that have 5 legs, and 2.5 inches in length. The brush is located on the bottom of vacuum to ensure that the cleaning process can operated smoothly, easy and clean.

The Virtual Light House is the detector for the vacuum to control the movement of the vacuum. The purpose of Virtual Light House is to create a visible barrier to mark off-limit areas that Rombaa will not across and also to make sure that the Rombaa movement during the cleaning process is completely vacuumed before moving on the next areas. It looks like a remote controller, rectangular shape, 24 cm in height, less than 3 cm in thickness, must have a battery to operated and also proved with infrared to connect with Rombaa. Usually, the Virtual Light House will replace at the partition that divided in two areas and set up with special scheduler virtual that can be programmed on the scheduler-enabled Roomba is activated to make consumers easier to use.

The owner would like it to start, firstly, the owner must to decide the areas that they want to clean up. After that, pressing the "power" button, then pressing the "clean", "spot", or "max" button and the Rombaa begin to cleaning automatically that the owner desire. The brush that faster brush rotated with clean up all the dusts including avoids spaces. The contact bumper detects bumping into walls and furniture, and the Virtual Light Houses that the owner located will limit the Roomba to the areas that the owner desires with an infrared signal. Four infrared sensors on the bottom of the unit prevent it from falling off ledges. After a certain amount of time, the Rombaa automatically calculate the time based on the amount of dirt detected, when tank that fuelled the Roomba stops and sings a few triumphant notes. The owners will removes the dustbin from the unit's rear and empties it into a trash can. When the Rombaa lack of power to continues the cleaning process, the Rombaa will automatically return to charger devices or for docking and also provided the long listening battery and also faster to recharge.
